A deposition is an involuntary sworn statement made by a witness for use in legal proceedings. In taking a deposition, we will first make sure the witness is sworn in because we are officially appointed, by the Secretary of State of California, to serve the public in performing Depositions. We certify that the witness was sworn and that the transcribed document is a true and record of the witness’ testimony.

If a videotaped deposition is requested, we will make sure the witness is sworn. The videotape should be given to the attorney for the party requesting the deposition.

Our service fee for a routine Deposition is $30 plus a $7 fee for administering one sworn oath + $7 for one certificate of the Deposition.

Measurements should be taken directly on your body ladies.  

A: Measure your chest over the fullest part of your bust while wearing a bra that fits.
B: If you're shopping for a bra you should take another measurement directly under the bust.
C: Measure your waist at the narrowest point.
D: Your seat measurement should be measured around the fullest part of your low hip.
E: Inner leg length is measured from the top of your inside leg down to the floor.

Bras

The number in the bra size refers to the measurement under your bust.
Pull the tape tightly around your body below the bust and if it is an odd number add 5 inches,
if it is an even number add 6 inches. E.g. actual measurement 29" + 5" =sz 34"
or actual measurement 30" + 6" =sz 36". The letter in the bra size refers to the cup.

Take a shirt that you know fits and measure the collar from the middle of the button to the end of the button hole.
