RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
- monoKhrome does not provide return labels. The cost of shipping items back is at the customers expense. Once you provide our mailing address to your local shipping facility they will provide you with a return label after paid postage.
- Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of the original order date.
- Items marked FINAL-SALE or CLEARANCE cannot be returned at any time. All sales are final.
- Merchandise purchased while ON-SALE at a discounted price may only be requested for a different size of the same item. No refunds or store credits will be authorized. If you need a smaller or larger size of the same item you must contact us in advance to see if the size you need is available. If it is available, we will gladly ship the item after the customer pays for the shipping to have the new size item mailed to their address so long as the wrong sized item is sent back in accordance with our Return Policy and is in a resalable condition. If the desired size is not available, the sale is final and the wrong sized item purchased on sale may not be returned.
- Items purchased with a DISCOUNT CODE are only eligible for store credit and must be sent back within 30 days of the order date.
- We do not accept returns for items that are missing the original labels, sizing tags or hygienic liners (sanitary strips) or if the labels have been cut off.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, stained or have odors or distinct smells (including perfume). Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying them on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customers expense. If the customer declines to pay for shipping charges, the item will be discarded and the refund will be declined.

- sample sale merchandise
- face masks
- headwear (caps, visors or beanies)
- water bottles
- under garments
- body shaping items.

- It does not matter if the above listed item has been worn or not. All sales are final on the above list of items. Please know your size before ordering. Inquire with us in advance if you are not sure.
- Items sold as a set must be returned as a set. If it is incomplete then the package will be discarded and the refund will be declined.
Items returned after 14 days of the order date may be returned for a monoKhrome Store Credit only, if accepted. The amount of the Store Credit will be the sub-total paid on the original receipt or the current selling price of the item(s) being returned, whichever is lowest. Items sold over 30 days ago cannot be returned or given store credit for any reason.
Footwear returns must be in the original condition.
Any merchandise purchased in-store is returnable only to that store.
Upon receipt of returned goods, monoKhrome reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Rejected items will not be mailed back to purchaser and will be discarded.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable.
We currently do not offer product exchanges, only money-back returns and store credit. If you desire a different size, color or a totally different item then we advise you to just purchase it now from our website. If your current item is eligible for cash-back return or store credit, you can start the process to return the item you no longer need and await your refund or store-credit.
• Just like US orders, exchanges are not offered on international orders. Only a refund or store credit will be issued.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
DUTIES & TAXES REFUND
If you are returning a purchase you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duty and taxes. Contact your local customs office for a return of duties and taxes.
MONOKHROME GIFT CARDS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless the remaining balance is less than $10.00 USD.
