WHAT IS OUR HAT GUARANTEE POLICY?
If your Shannon Rawls Hat is a Lifetime Guarantee Hat and wears out due to:
- normal wear and tear.
- poor workmanship.
- faulty material.
We will repair or replace your hat for as long as you own it and it is still available. If it is no longer available, we will issue you a credit for replacement of a similar style/design.
WHEN IS A SHANNON RAWLS HAT NOT COVERED BY THE GUARANTEE?
If your Shannon Rawls Hat is not a Lifetime Guarantee Hat or is damaged due to:
- improper care
...then we will not repair or replace your hat*.
REPLACING/REPAIRING YOUR GUARANTEED HAT
Please wash your Hat prior to sending it back to us. Unwashed Hats will not be replaced or repaired. Once your Hat is completely dry, pack your hat carefully and mail it to us

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR HAT REPLACEMENT/REPAIR
There is an $4.00 USD shipping charge per Hat within the USA and $20.00 per Hat International. We accept payment by credit card or personal check.
If you prefer to pay by phone, please contact us at +1 (323) 909-2320 or provide an email address or daytime phone number that we can reach you to send an invoice or obtain your credit card information for the shipping charges. Your replacement Hat(s) will be shipped once we receive the shipping cost.
* Shannon Rawls Supply Company customer service department reserves the right to determine what constitutes normal wear and tear, poor workmanship, faulty material, misuse and/or improper care. Example: If your Hat shows damage mold or mildew, it will not be replaced. Color fading, stains, grommet patina, frayed wind cords are all signs of a well-worn and well-loved Hat and do not signal a defective Hat.
