Every All-Access pass holder will receive:

1. Round trip transportation to Mammoth Mountain from Los Angeles.
(more locations will be added, as needed)

2. Accomodations for 3-days & 2-nights at our host hotel.

3. Participation in all of our fun competitions & snow games.

4. Admission to all private parties & events.

5. Discount lift tickets.

6. Discount equipment rental.
7. And of course you will receive an official Black Folk Ski T-Shirt in your size. ($30 VALUE)

WRISTBAND: All participants will be emailed a digital ticket with a link to click so that you can register your e-ticket to your name. Please check your email and register your e-ticket.

Upon your arrival to the event, your e-ticket will be scanned and you will be given a non-removable wristband that should be worn for the duration the ski trip. A secure untampered wristband is needed to gain access to all of our activities.

Damaged wristbands can be exchanged for a new one, for free. Lost wristbands can be replaced for the full price of an All-Access ticket.

All rooms are booked as double-occupancy and we will pair you with whomever you are coming with.

However, if you are coming alone you will be required to have a roomate in your room. THE GOOD NEWS is we have "roomie requests" posted in our discussion group backchat where you can screen the person you'll share your room with before you go.

Access to our private discussion group is given once you secure your ticket.

The kind & caliber of "Black Folk" we allow in our circles are the best of the best. Typically educated, young spirited and upwardly mobile professionals who only surround themselves with other motivated individuals of a like-mind.

All participants of our events are screened and we quickly refund those who give signs of a problematic nature. In other words... we simply do not welcome or give admission to the riff-raffs, thugs, ratchet, boisterous or the embarrassing folk. Only the classiest Black Folk here.

You also get free Gondola rides to the Village for food and shopping between enjoying the slopes.

Our group ski trips require every guest to be at least 18 years old to participate and 21 years old to enter the party locations where alcohol is served.

If you do not wish to purache or carry your own skiis, snowboards, boots, binding, and gloves... for a very affordable price you can rent all of these items for the entire day. 

If you have never been on a ski trip, we actuaslly suggest this for all beginners. This way you can get comfortable with how it all works without investing in your own gear.

This Ski Trip is designed for those that want to hit the slopes and for those that wish to just get away and enjoy the comforts of a vacation. In addition to the many restaurants, shopsn and happenings in the area, we will have plenty of events to occupy your time should you decide not to ski or snowboard.

The entire time you are skiing with us is yours and you may go out and explore as you see fit. However we do require that you let us know where you are exploring/going so that we can keep an account of all our participants for safety.

Please consider purchasing and bringing along a personal walkie talkie. The camp manager will assist you on dialing into our group frequency channel and we may check in with you from time to time as you are out exploring.

There is no discount for those who wish to travel by their own means, but this allows you to arrive late and/or leave early if you need to.

If you are driving, please ensure your vehicle is safe for snow travel. it's always good to own a set of snow chains and keep them in the trunk of your car. Here's our suggestion:

We will be riding to and from Mammoth Mountain in a Deluxe Party Coach Tour Bus.

There will be movies, music and games during our ride. VIP pass holders will be given preferential seating options and first access to the bus. 

Our luxury coach will leave at 10:00am Noon on Tuesday February 11th from the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza parking structure - check in starts at 9:00am. We will have a stopover in Mojave, CA for food and supplies.

Our luxury coach will return to Los Angeles at approximately 10:00pm on Thursday night, February 13th with a stopover in Bishop, CA for Dinner.

We just really enjoy seeing Black people (and others who love them) enjoy themselves. There's something special about connecting the dots for folk to provide networking, positive relationships and things for people to do that's filled with smiles, laughter and living life to it's fullest.

We do not let politics or religion hinder our progress. We love liberals, conservatives, christians, muslims, straight, gay or any combination of any creed... it does not matter. So long as you are a wonderful & positive person, you are welcome.
